Pocket Gamer: The Art of Fauna Introduces Exciting New Feature – Friends of Fauna!

The Art of Fauna has introduced an exciting new feature called Friends of Fauna in its latest update, allowing players to actively contribute to the puzzles. This innovative in-game program invites users to submit photos of animals they adore, whether they be wild species, service animals, or pets. Each month, one submitted photo will be selected and transformed into that month’s puzzle, fostering a sense of community involvement. Initially released in February, The Art of Fauna has distinguished itself among mobile puzzlers with its thoughtful design and captivating gameplay.

The debut puzzle was inspired by a photo of a Spectacled Bear submitted by a user named Denis B, showcasing the diversity of animal life that players can engage with. In addition to the new submission feature, the update also rolls out a collection of new app icons that represent various community members, with unique icons such as a Snow Leopard for Valentin, a Lion for Vidit and Benedict, an Orca for Shiven, and a Northern Gannet for Thomas. For those unfamiliar with The Art of Fauna, it provides a serene puzzling experience that blends vintage wildlife illustrations with engaging gameplay. Players can complete puzzles either visually or through assembling descriptive text, enabling them to learn about different animals as they progress.

This game not only focuses on enjoyment but also serves a greater purpose, as a portion of all purchases is allocated to wildlife conservation efforts globally. If you’re intrigued by the Friends of Fauna feature and want to get involved, make sure to submit your animal photos. The first ten levels of gameplay are free, with additional content available for purchase through the app.
