Delta Force: Tactical Shooter Revival Now Available

Delta Force, a revival of the popular tactical shooter series, has officially launched and is available for both iOS and Android platforms. This multiplatform entry from Garena promises engaging gameplay, featuring both traditional extraction shooter mechanics and expansive 24v24 battles. Players can engage in combat across land, sea, and air, utilizing a variety of vehicles to enhance their gaming experience.

At its launch, Delta Force also introduces the latest season titled Eclipse Vigil. This season brings new gameplay elements, including a night and dusk-themed map for Operations and Warfare modes. New night-vision goggles and the game’s newest operator, Nox, add layers of strategy and stealth to player tactics, appealing to those who enjoy using subterfuge in gameplay.

The anticipation for Delta Force has been palpable, with Garena reporting over 25 million pre-registrations prior to release. This excitement is fueled by promises of a fair gaming environment with no pay-to-win elements, an in-game marketplace for buying and selling gear, and cross-progression features, making it accessible for players across different devices. In addition to the new maps, Garena is also implementing several important features in this latest season.

A highly requested Kill Cam has been added, enhancing the competitive nature of the game. Furthermore, sound design has received a significant upgrade, crucial for low-light maps like the newly introduced Blackout and Trench Lines. Players can expect an array of new weapons, gadgets, and vehicles, as well as a new event called ‘Critical Point,’ which alters the Threshold map under specific conditions.

For those eager to dive into the action but unsure about their device’s capability to handle the stunning graphics of Delta Force, there are plenty of alternative shooter games available on both iOS and Android platforms.
