This latest version introduces a host of enhancements and new features, marking a significant update in the game’s development. Players can now experience revamped dungeon exploration, new item types, and the option to engage in either player-versus-environment (PvE) or player-versus-player (PvP) combat. In Torerowa, players navigate challenging dungeons filled with various monsters while searching for treasures, aiming to escape with both loot and life intact.
The game combines elements of extraction shooters with classic isometric RPG mechanics, providing an engaging real-time combat experience. The new beta brings several exciting additions, including four new item types: Belt, Ring, Amulet, and Charm. The Charm, which can only be obtained by defeating specific monsters, grants special bonuses to enhance gameplay. Another major update is the introduction of Echo Traits, offering over 150 randomised bonuses that can modify a player’s loadout with combinations of traits on each piece of gear.
The dungeon exploration mechanics have also been overhauled, with maps starting hidden and requiring players to uncover them using special Sonars found throughout the dungeons. Each playthrough will now feature randomised maps, ensuring a fresh experience with every run. Moreover, players can seamlessly switch between PvP and PvE modes through the menu, tailoring their gaming experience according to their preferences. With the inclusion of new traps and swarming monster mechanics, players must remain vigilant as they venture deeper into the ever-changing environment of the dungeon.
