This event introduces a variety of new decor Pikmin inspired by the iconic gaming hardware from the ’80s and ’90s, offering players a chance to reconnect with the classics.
Starting May 1st, participants can engage in event missions to unlock the Nintendo Game Consoles ’80-’95 Decor Pikmin. In addition to these well-known console designs, a special type of Pikmin, themed after the Clubs Suit from vintage playing cards, will also be introduced.
This design serves as a nod to Nintendo’s beginnings as a toy manufacturer, before it became a giant in video gaming. While many players may be particularly drawn to the retro console designs, it’s worth noting that Pikmin’s origins date back to the GameCube era.
Ironically, this console is not included in the newly designed decor Pikmin. Regardless, the event promises to be enriching, lasting from May 1st through the 31st.
